This Privacy Policy explains how Aquila Nova Enterprises LLC, doing business as Rosterra Talent (“Rosterra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

When you contact us as a prospective client, we collect the name, organization, work email address, phone number, location, hiring needs, and other information you voluntarily submit. When you contact us as a candidate, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location or ZIP code, resume (optional), employment history, education, role interests, licenses, certifications, credentials, and other professional information you voluntarily provide. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for recruiting.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate qualifications, communicate about potential opportunities, provide recruiting and staffing services, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How forms and resumes are handled

Employer form submissions are sent to our business inbox through a transactional email service and are not separately saved in the website database. Candidate submissions and resumes are encrypted in transit and stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage; a notification containing the candidate’s submitted details and a time-limited private resume link is sent to our business inbox. Resume files are not publicly accessible.

Retention

Candidate submissions and resumes are retained for up to 12 months so we can consider candidates for current and future opportunities, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Email correspondence may remain in our business mailbox according to our business-record needs. You may request earlier deletion, subject to legal exceptions.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers for website hosting, private file storage, database services, and transactional email delivery. We also load Instrument Sans from Google Fonts; when your browser requests the font, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Service providers may process information only to provide services to us or as required by law. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or website analytics. We do not set a cookie for marketing or analytics consent. Basic network and security logs may be created by hosting providers when the site is requested. Because the site does not currently use consent-requiring tracking technologies, no cookie banner is displayed. We will update this policy and add any required choice mechanism before introducing such technology.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, private file storage, server-side validation, and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

California privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information and may ask for information about how it is used or disclosed. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for employers and job seekers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
